WARRANTY POLICY
WARRANTY PERIOD
All watches purchased from our store include a standard 1-year warranty.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
1. Movement & Battery Issues
If the watch movement or battery experiences functional issues during the warranty period — such as stopping unexpectedly or inaccurate timekeeping — we will provide replacement parts at no cost. Movement replacement services require a $30 labor fee.
For movement replacements outside the warranty period, replacement parts remain free, while the $30 labor fee still applies.
2. Case, Bracelet & Component Wear
Minor scratches, fading, and general wear from regular use are considered normal and are not covered under warranty. If you would like polishing, repairs, or replacements, service fees may apply.
Standard service fees include:
- Clasp replacement labor: $10 (parts included)
- Hand repair labor: $20 (parts included)
- Other standard component replacements: labor fee only, with no additional charge for parts
3. Warranty Exclusions
Our watches are rated for 5ATM water resistance, suitable for everyday use such as hand washing or light splashes. Damage caused by water ingress is not covered under warranty.
The warranty also does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
- Repairs or alterations performed by third parties
- Cosmetic wear from normal use, including scratches, discoloration, or fading
- Bracelet or clasp issues occurring after the protective film has been removed, including loose clasps, missing pins, or related bracelet damage
Repairs for the above situations may incur additional service and replacement fees.
SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to our service center. We will cover the return shipping cost after the repair is completed.
WARRANTY CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
To request warranty service, please provide:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase or purchase screenshot
WARRANTY PROCESS
- Contact our support team to begin the warranty process and receive the designated return address.
- Once the watch is received, repairs are typically completed within 7 business days, after which the repaired watch will be shipped back to you.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the watch for service.
