Product Nature & Representations

Watches By Cody sells custom-modified watches using third-party or OEM components.
These watches are distinct from factory-issued timepieces and should be viewed as independent creations built by our expert workshop.
While some internal components may originate from brand-name donors, the final assembled products are not originals, official releases, or authorized reproductions of any trademarked brand.

Warranty & Limitations

All Watches By Cody's watches are covered solely by a Watches By Cody warranty, which does not include any manufacturer’s (e.g., Seiko) warranty or support.
Warranty covers workmanship and movement issues for the duration specified at purchase. Wear-and-tear or misuse are not covered.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper care and may return watches per our standard return policy, independent of any OEM manufacturer’s terms.

That the watches are hand-assembled custom modifications, not factory-produced originals.
